Registration closure dates:
This year Gosford City FC has decided to implement the introduction of advertised registration closing dates. We believe that having these closing dates provides players and parents the opportunity to plan ahead. It also allows the club to be more organised and have players prepared for grading days as well as CCF Team Nominations deadline in March.
We will of course accept registrations after these dates wherever we have room for players in team numbers.
2024 DATE TBC - please check back for further details.
NOTE: 9 - 18 years players wishing to be graded into teams must complete their registration before grading begins.
If you envisage having trouble registering by the advertised date, we encourage you to contact your relevant football manager to discuss your desire to be included in a team.
This year payment will be required at time of registration.

This year we are also providing access to ZIPPAY which incurs an additional non-refundable 5.5% fee.
If using ZIPPAY, please ensure you select the appropriate corresponding membership. Zip gives you the flexibility to split your fees over a series of payments.
NOTE: Registration needs to be paid in full prior to season commencement for a player to be activated and placed into a team.
Gosford City FC offer a Family Discount if 2 or more members of the same family play football for our club.
The discount applies to the 2nd player and each subsequent family player (parent/guardian/child relationship where children are under 18 and dependant and be living in the same home).
If claiming the family discount, please select the correct discount code during registration. These are shown in our fee table below.
Active Kids Voucher:
Active Kids Vouchers are accepted towards registration but must be applied for before registering.
This initiative is only open to school aged children in NSW (Ages 4.5 to 18 years). You will receive a $50 voucher with a unique ID number for each child that you register.
This ID number is entered when registering to automatically deduct the $50 from your registration fees- you cannot claim this retrospectively.

Active Kids Vouchers Discount Codes:
We are unfortunately one of many clubs who have not received our approval for the new system of Active Kids vouchers which begin’s today- Feb 1st.
We will receive approval, it’s just a matter of time.
As we are aware families rely on these vouchers, and we also require regos in this week for player grading etc we will be activating a discount code so that you can still register and get the credit for your voucher by providing us with your voucher number- we can then process these once our system is activated.
It is imperative that you provide your voucher number in the question section at the start of your registration.
We appreciate your assistance and understanding as we navigate this new process from the government which has provided a last minute challenge for us. The codes for you to use are below.
Code to use your active kids voucher:
$50 Active Kids Discount
Code to use your active kids voucher with a second playing immediate family member:
$60 Second Player + Active Kids
Code to use your active kids voucher with a third playing immediate family member:
$65 Third Player + Active Kids
All registered players will need to upload a new photograph each year. This should be a passport type photo only. No hats or sunglasses are to be worn in photos. Unacceptable photos will be rejected by CCF.
Coaches and Managers:
Coaches and Managers of teams will need to register on the My Comp App http://ccf.mycompapp.com .
Registration of team officials is free and is necessary to provide Coach and Manager access to team sheets. (Ages 11 and up). All Coaches and Managers involved with players under the age of 18 will need to provide a current Working with Children Check (WWC). This check is free and is current for 5 years for volunteers. Gosford City FC endeavours to keep registration fees as affordable as possible.

Senior Players receive a Discount for Presentation Night Tickets.
All registration includes referee fees for the season so there is no more to pay for season's games referees.
We will be repeating last seasons training top - if you have the 2023 training top which is good to keep using there is no need to provide your top size.
If you are a new player or have outgrown last years training top etc and need a new top please provide us with the size you need as per the sizing chart below. These are sponsored tops, the less we have to buy the more the money they raise can help fund the clubs activities.

Selecting Age Groups:
Age divisions are worked out by calendar year. So if your child turns 5 between January 1st and December 31st of the playing season then your child is in Under 5's. Children turning 10 during the calendar year will be under 10's etc.
New players, please note: We are required to sight a copy of a Birth Certificate or equivalent ID for all new registrations to confirm age group registration.
The club will be holding a information day on the following date:

Our Committee members will be there for you to ask questions, as well as purchase shorts and socks.
Cancellation of Registration
Cancellation of registration for Junior Non-comp, Youth comp & Senior will attract a $50 fee.

CLUB COMMUNICATIONS DURING THE SEASON:
Our club communications are sent out from 'Stack Team App', this is an app which is free for the club to use which offers us many features and means our messages can get directly to you. We're asking that all parents of players and players please download this app to ensure that you are aware of what is happening this season.
We are also active on social media, both Facebook and Instagram, but these are more community based rather than internal club information so it is necessary to be on the 'Stack Team App' so you get everything relevant to you. We do hope to see you on our social media too though!
